Solutions Engineer InternPeakActivity
Turning the operational problems internal teams and prospective clients describe into working agent pipelines on PeakActivity's SteelEngine platform. The demos have to hold up live, in front of the client.
- Built and deployed a 35-block pharmaceutical intake workflow on the SteelEngine platform, validating 6 acceptance scenarios across webhook intake, program lookup, document classification and extraction, confidence-based routing, and human-review queues.
- Developed a daily analytics anomaly-reporting prototype, replacing short-term baseline analysis with year-over-year metric comparisons, data-quality safeguards, and evidence-backed reporting paths for anomalies, normal results, and human review.
- Deployed a Gmail-to-Slack demo-request automation handling signature cleanup, verified contact extraction, attachment uploads, duplicate protection, and failure paths, confirmed by 3 consecutive successful live executions.
- Developed a QA-automation proof of concept that turned Jira tickets into versioned Playwright test cases and regression batches, building 2 workflows and 3 run-history tables, with the API-to-browser-to-report flow validated by 9/9 automated tests.
- Benchmarked 3 workflow-authoring approaches across 9 People Ops workflows, totalling 218 blocks and 234 edges, and identified structured raw-transcript input as the fastest path to an executable automation, keeping decision trees and technical specs for review and controls.
University Learning ExternServiceNow
Six weeks inside ServiceNow University learning how the platform is actually put together, from administering an instance to building AI agents on top of it. The last two weeks were the part that mattered most later: agents that plan, reason, and automate a workflow rather than just running a script.
- Completed 8 courses and roughly 32 hours of coursework across a 6-week program, covering the platform end to end: navigation, lists and filters, forms, tasks, platform analytics, knowledge management, service catalog, and Virtual Agent.
- Worked through all 9 ServiceNow Administration Fundamentals modules, from data management and self-service configuration through to securing an instance, closing with a 2-hour hands-on capstone project.
- Covered IT Service Management fundamentals across operating, maintaining, and improving IT services, then built flows and subflows in Flow Designer.
- Configured and built AI agents through Now Assist, including enabling AI search on a student instance and a lab on getting agents to plan, reason, and automate workflows.
- Attended live sessions with ServiceNow engineers, talent acquisition, and partner companies alongside the hands-on platform labs.
Two months before the PeakActivity internship, and the reason the agentic workflow work there felt familiar rather than foreign. The heaviest module by far was data management, and that is the correct lesson: the interesting part of a workflow platform is almost never the workflow, it is the shape of the data underneath it.
Sophomore Summit Pre-InternshipBNY
A competitive pre-internship program at BNY introducing sophomores to financial services, ending in a timed team coding competition.
- Selected as 1 of ~50 sophomores, engaging directly with senior leaders across the firm and exploring core business areas through rotational sessions.
- Placed 2nd of 8 teams in a HackerRank coding challenge, solving 2 algorithm problems in Java under time pressure: a greedy playlist optimization and an IPO share allocation system, both resting on getting the sorting and grouping right.
- Built early career foundations through résumé and interview workshops with the campus recruitment team.
PresidentBengali Student Association

Running UCF's Bengali Student Association after working up through marketing and the vice presidency. The job is mostly delegation and calendar: nine people, fifteen events, one academic year.
- Leading a 9-person board, delegating across marketing, events, and operations to execute 15 planned events for the 2026–2027 academic year.
- Grew the club's Instagram to 196K+ monthly views and 838 new followers in a single month by leading a full content-strategy overhaul, with a 157.6% reach increase and 1,661 interactions.
- Directing club operations end to end, covering multicultural events, membership initiatives, and club sales and fundraising, to promote Bengali culture on campus.

Vice President
A transition straight out of the marketing role, and a different job: less making things, more making sure everyone else had what they needed to run the events on the calendar.
- Oversaw day-to-day club operations, coordinating across teams so board members had the resources and direction to execute events.
- Organized 2 campus events with 100+ attendees, coordinating logistics, securing sponsorships, and managing the fundraising that sustained operations.
Marketing Director
The organization's events were good and almost nobody outside the room knew they were happening. This role was fixing that: the social accounts became the main way people found out.
- Grew the organization's Instagram to 196,000 monthly views across posts, stories, and reels, a 157.6% reach increase at a 26.2% growth rate.
- Increased follower count by 838 users, a 6.6% rise in a single month, generating 1,661 interactions including 274 shares.
- Designed the posts and graphics behind that growth, and the event advertising that built partnerships with other registered student organizations.
UI/UX DesignerKnight Hacks
Graphic design for Knight Hacks IX, UCF's hackathon, mostly Instagram posts and merchandise, alongside the landing page and application flow. The page has one job: get a student who is curious to actually finish an application.
- Designing graphics for Knight Hacks IX and general club initiatives, including the Instagram posts the club runs its outreach through and the event merchandise.
- Designing wireframes, landing page layouts, and conversion-focused UI flows for Knight Hacks IX, guiding users toward key calls to action and contributing to a 41% increase in applications against 1,000+ expected applicants.
- Working in Figma and Notion across a 17-person design team to establish and maintain a consistent design system and a clean handoff to the developers.
Editor-in-ChiefOlympic Heights Yearbook
A staff of sixteen, a production calendar that could not slip, and a book that had to sell well enough to pay for itself. The goal was getting an entire school year into one book without it reading like a filing cabinet.
- Led 16 staff members, overseeing the graphic design workflow and editorial production across the year.
- Built a production schedule that kept the whole staff moving in the same direction, and managed the interpersonal side of a team that size.
- Earned a profit margin of roughly $12,000 through yearbook sales.
Spent the year before this on the same staff as a journalist and photographer, from August 2022 to August 2023. Roughly the same room both years, though a lot of people graduated between them and a lot of new people came in, so leading it meant leading a staff that was half strangers to each other.
This was the first thing I ever ran where other people’s work depended on my scheduling being right. Most of what I know about delegating came from here rather than from anything technical.
Co-Founder and Vice PresidentMarch For Our Lives at Olympic Heights
A close friend and I started a chapter at our high school. March For Our Lives is a student-led organization against gun violence, founded in 2018, and the point of the chapter was making sure people around us were informed before they got to a ballot rather than after.
- Co-founded and ran the school's chapter, building it from nothing into a standing presence on campus over two years.
- Ran tabling events across the school encouraging voter pre-registration, so students turning eighteen were already registered when it counted.
- Hosted larger events raising awareness on subjects including women's rights, and worked with other clubs on joint-effort events.
Still something I care about. The goal was never just to make an event happen. It was to make it worth showing up to, and worth remembering afterwards.
Community VolunteerAl-Amin Center of Florida
Nine years volunteering at my local Islamic center, since I was in middle school. Event logistics, fundraising, and the Friday collections.
- Supported community events with 700+ attendees, coordinating logistics and keeping service running on the day.
- Assisted fundraising efforts that contributed to $200,000+ in donations in a single month, supporting community programs.
- Handled donation collection at every Friday prayer, and took part in the center's yearly interfaith programs.
